Where do you ship?

We ship both locally and worldwide does not matter where you located we will ship to your country for only $2.95

How long does it take my item to get shipped and delivered?
  • International orders take 5-10 business days to be delivered via standard free shipping. 
  • Express Eco Shipping can be delivered within 5-7 business days to selected locations.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

What is the shipping cost?

All orders are eligble for $2.95 flat rate worldwide shipping, if you buy for $50.00 or more you’ll get FREE shipping for your order.

Which payment methods do you support?

We support PayPal and credit card, every order is eligible to PayPal buyer protection program. 

Are my payment details safe during order?

No, your payment details are never exposed to any party. We partied with PayPal to prevent exactly that. We never have any access to your payment details at any stage during the transaction

What if I need to modify my order?

Please email us as soon as you can at sales@gorarus.com, we will do everything to assist you with your inquiry. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please email us as soon as you can with the new address, if we did not send the product we will ship it to the new location

Can I get same day delivery?

Currently we do not offer same day delivery.

What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged, incorrect size, color, lost or delayed shipment – we offer 100% refund. Return is not needed.
What is the duration of the return window?

Our return window last for 30-days since the day item was received.

If I regret my purchase can I still return the item?

We accept returns for any reason. For returns, please send us a chat message or email support team at sales@gorarus.com with your email, order numbers and return details

How do I send the item back?

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.

How do I place order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order – do so by going to the cart and clicking “checkout”. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods – we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.
