INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Rarus currently ships internationally to most countries, including; United States, Europe, Asia, and Oceania if you do not see your country in the shipping list please contact us at sales@gorarus.com or via chat.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is flat rate only $2.95 dosen’t matter where you located. The express method is available as well for selected countries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to issues with the shipping company, duties 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rarus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rarus is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or you do not receive your order at all, please contact us and we will make sure to send you a new item free of charge.
